Privacy policy
What data this site processes, why, and what your rights are. In short: no cookies, no visitor tracking, and the calculators run only in your browser.

Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many visits the site gets, which pages are read, which country and website visitors come from, what kind of device they use and how fast pages load. It sets no cookies, builds no profiles and does not identify individual visitors; we only see totals.
Technical logs
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes the IP address and technical details of each request (browser, page requested, time). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
The calculators
The calculators run entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not sent anywhere and are not saved.
When you contact us
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply and, if we work together, for the project (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Email is hosted by NSHost (Romania). WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy rules.
How long we keep data
We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation or project needs it, then for as long as the law requires (for example, accounting records). Statistics are totals only, with no data about individuals.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies, which is why we do not ask you to accept any.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company. Technical data is transferred under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to office@sempersupra.ro and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
